• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 17 years old to use PullUp
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

3. Content & Pulls

• All pulls and associated content are temporary and will be automatically deleted after expiration
• You are responsible for any content you create
• PullUp reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content

4. Premium Features

• Premium features are available through in-app purchases
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store

5. Privacy

Your use of PullUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your data.

6. Termination

PullUp reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.
